If you are looking to get fit and healthy or wanting to strengthen and condition your body and mind in a private studio then one to one personal training will be perfect for you.
Your client programme will be specific to your personal goals and will be bespoke to you and developed around what you specifically want to achieve, whatever that be improving fitness levels, weight loss, toning, strengthening or just time for you to destress and have time out.
Once your fitness goals are defined and your current fitness levels are examined a plan will be put together to break down your goals into specific and realistic targets.
Rebecca will help you progress towards each of your goals, monitoring your progress and assessing throughout your sessions, Rebecca will also offer nutritional guidance if needed.
All session will be held at a private fitness studio in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport.
The studio is quite and private, Rebecca uses a variety of training equipment from cardiovascular machines, free weights and body weight exercises to keep your sessions varied and fun but still focusing on your goals.
Each session will start with a warm up and increasing your heart rate, the session will end with stretches.
